Poor client cervise

On the facebook I order products from them they said I win the product and must just pay shipping Suddenly they subtract R2.010.00 and R1 582.0 from my creditcard ref *** and ref***9 and the shipping was only R70 is this a **** please help me I didnt give permission for the deduction of R1 582 and R2 010 cosmetic care cs no *** help me Ann Potgieter cell ***
