Bad service

Bought plaster mix from them,before purchasing i spoke to the driver who confirmed delivery on 02/08/2021 because no one is available for the rest of the week,even took time of from work to meet him. Phoned them again at 16:00 and was told by the driver that he would phone me back within 5mins and again spoke to the sales lady who then would phone me back,again did not hear a single word from them. Very very poor service.
