St George College Tzaneen *******ion Complaint

I lodged a complaint about St George College in Tzaneen with *******ion Watch in January 2017.I did not receive any feedback/response on the matter after repeated calls made to the call center. In August, the consultant dealing with the matter emailed me acknowledging receipt of my enquiry on the progress of the case and stated that he has refereed the matter to his manager, who contacted me once and promised to give feedback .I have sent several e-mail since then but they are ignored. Does *******ion Watch also need to be watched for poor customer service?
