Bad service and no delivery

I ordered t-shirts and caps from coporatevine in village deep and I have gotten the worst service ever. I was dealing with a lady called Fortune Bere. About a week ago I made payment for the merchandise and kept on calling them as to when I can get it and couldn't get an answer everytime I called I was given the run around on Thursday 16/11/17 I called Fortune to ask her when I can come get the stuff she said I can come tomorrow Friday 17/11/17. I went there on Friday and my order wasnt ready so Fortune told me that they could deliver it to me later on that day. At around 4pm it wasn't delivered and I called Fortune and she gave me a story that the driver had the order. I am so upset as to the service I received from Corporatevine and how uprofessional they are. They have no regard to customer service.
