Invoiced for work that was not done

<p>TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a problem with my crank, was told that it will take 4 days to fix ,because my head gasket is FINE but they will do a full gasket kit and replace the bearings,cambelt, etc. Was quoted R4800 and I asked from the beginning that if a recon engine will be cheaper I want them to rather do that. Was told that the account will not be as much as a recon engin will cost and a week later I still didnt have my car and the account went up to R6900. 10 days later I got the car back with oil leaks that was not there before, the timing was also out and the car is smoking, reported it to them as I have to buy so much oil due to the leaks and they said that its not their fault and three weeks after that the head gasket went. Keep requesting to see the receipts for parts bought and I am still waiting and they got the car on the 17th of May</p>
