Terrible service

<p>I was offered a complimentary carpet cleaning by Nic Behr (MD of Corporate Cleaning Solutions) after helping him out significantly in his personal capacity.</p> <p>Nic committed on four occasions to come to my property or send his cleaners to carry out the job. I had to constantly reschedule my diary to accommodate his proposed meeting, which he would then cancel each time at short notice, and would be uncontactable on his phone.</p> <p>It is very disappointing to be treated in such a way. It would have worked out so much better for Nic had he behaved with integrity and professionalism, and had honoured his commitment and offer.</p> <p>When friends, work colleagues and organisations need referals for carpet cleaning companies, I will let everyone know of the terrible customer service and service i received from Nic and strongly suggest that they do not use Nic and his company - Corporate Cleaning Solutions</p>
