I would give negative stars if there was an option. This lady (Yolande van der Walt) is the most unprofessional person I have yet to come across in the business space. I paid for my order (branded mat) on the 1st if February 2023. Today is the 16th and I am still to know when I will receive my order. A week after I had paid, I sent her a message checking on progress and she sent me a voice note saying she had had to move house blah blah blah. If I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have known. Her personal life should not be affecting her clients. Anyway, another week later I check in and she says oh by the way she is done with my order can I send her my address for delivery? She never even read my message giving my address. Now 2 days later I've decided to ask her for a refund bcoz clearly I will never receive this order. All this trouble for R350? Pathetic! But if I can just save somebody else from a financial loss, maybe more than the R350 I paid then it's worth it. Her number is ***.
