**********
I contacted CORP register (http://www.corp.co.za), on the 19th July 2017, to register a PBO, I clearly asked how long would the process take as I am trying to save time or instead of paying for this service, I could go directly to SARS and have the process done myself. They assured me it would take +- 12 days, but had some applications done in 2 days and never went over 12 days. I paid and after payment was done realised that the process would have been easier less costly to go to SARS and have it done myself, as they flooded me documents upon documents to fill, most of which I did not even understand, and as I explained, this is the reason I came to them for help to avoid this. I emailed all documents and supporting documents to them on the 19th July 2017, I continously emailed to get feedback, and no response, a month later they get back to me and say the documents sent were incomplete and this is after I received an email on the 19th July 2017 where they were confirming, everything is in order. On the 22nd August 2017, I resend all documentation, AGAIN!!. Again they confirm all is in order. Another month passes by and no response, no feedback at all. I contact CORP again on the 28th September 2017, and now after almost 5months, they reply saying that I have to POST ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THEM FOR PROCESSING!!!!, I feel I have been ****med. Since I contacted them I have been asking them for a contact person or the name of person I am dealing with as their emails don't have a signature, only have the initials - /eb/cg. The only time they kept on emailing me was before I made the payment! They are definitely ********** that has ****** me of R1495.00. Since I have threatened to expose them and report them to Hellopeter and they just ignore every email. People out there be very careful of these **********.
Clearly the good referalls on their website is all set up to lure innocent people in. Sadly enough they are de*****ing people that are trying to start a better life!!
