Not receiving any investment statements

I have been investing for a few months, but to date have not received any statements nor can I login. My email address (Outlook) as per your system since 2019 are no longer valid. Can someone in this organization send me a up te date statement complete statement for the three funds I am registered for: a) Balanced Defensive; b) Balanced plus; c) Top 20
