Coronation Fund Managers show how it should be done

On the 20th of Feb 2020 I sent a completed application to a top SA Bank- with international branches- for a Tax Fee Investment. This was for myself and for my wife (R66 000.00). 6 days later I had not heard anything even after follow-up emails and we were approaching the end of tax year. On the 26th of February I contacted Coronation by phone in a desperate attempt to still invest before end of Feb as both my sons invest with them and rate them highly. One hour later the investment was done!! Unbelievable service- never in my life have I had such service from a financial institution. All phone agents were extremely friendly and helpful and emails arrived minutes after the application was submitted confirming the transaction. Well done Coronation- and on top of everything the fund I invested grew 26% in last 12 months! For the rest of my life I will invest with them- and I am so relieved I did not shift my whole business account to the other bank as I was about to do!
