Coronation CEO not accessible to Coronation clients

I have an ongoing issue so I decided to speak to the CEO, Anton Pillay, about it. So I phone and ask for his office. After more than a day of being blocked by Coronation gatekeepers, I am informed that his office does not take calls from Coronation clients. Wow! what way to build up client satisfaction and confidence.
