Account Closure Refusal

I'm giving a 1 because a negative 10 is not possible. I withdrew money from an endowment early on a product I had and noone explained to me that I couldn't close my account after that. The product is constantly outpaced by the market and not even keeping up with Inflation. I've tried to reach the business multiple times over the phone and they just keep sending me emails saying I can't close my account. Really shocking service.
