Poor SERVICE corona virus help line

I phoned about 2 times to the helpline. I have been diagnosed with covid and recovering at home .I enquired this morning about the vaccine and a lady answered saying why am i PHONING so many times. She was extremely rude and didn't want to give her name. Very upset at this. #win
