DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND CORONA VIRUS HELPLINE

I called the national corona virus helpline and some lady answered, I was in panic and she was sleeping and she wanted me to repeat myself over r and over again!!!!! Here I am panicking my relative maybe infected with corona I don't know what steps to take as they told me they have few ambulances and I have to wait as am number 35th of the line!! I cannot go to any emergency room cause the paramesic told me they won't permit me without a letter from the local clinic.Now already encpuntering such a disppointment from department of health this lady decides to tell '' kea mo phaphela' when I ask if she is sleeping!!! People are dying when they supposed to be helping.. Am so frustrated! I call again and I am told they don't gave any channels to reporr such a behavior!! Ai just cannot!!!
