Poor Service, Late Installation and Damaged Products

<p>We recently ordered two garage doors from Coroma. The promised date for installation was two weeks ago. On Friday, 25 November 2016 we were promised that both doors would be installed on Monday, 28 November 2016. However, this morning the installation crew only had one door ready for installation. The excuse, they painted my door the wrong colour. The door that was installed is even damaged. We are being charged full price for a door that is damaged and the door has not been properly installed. There is no apology from Coroma employees who hide behind emails and do not make any calls to the client. We are so frustrated by the poor service received from a company who claims to have been in this business for over 50 years. </p>
