Not a brand name any more
Coroma installed a new double aluzinc garage door for me in October. They asked if I needed battery backup but I already had an override switch so I said no. In December we had a power cut and I was unable to lift the door. Assuming I would need battery backup for my motor (a Pro-Alpha), I called in specialists for that motor. They said the problem was the door springs had not been tightened properly. On closer inspection they found the springs Coroma had installed were old, one had been tightened and not the other, some of the parts were already rusting and numerous bolts and *****s were missing, which was potentially dangerous. When I went back to Coroma to complain they said they weren't prepared to look at the shoddy job they had done because I had called in another company. There was no apology.
