Stay away from Cornright Motors.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the handling of my vehicle at Cornright Motors, following the recent hailstorm in Sunninghill.

Initially selecting Cornright Motors based on their positive reviews, my confidence was quickly eroded by the disappointing service I received. Despite the severe damage my car sustained in the hailstorm, including a badly smashed windshield that allowed water to leak inside, the response from Cornright Motors has been far from satisfactory.

After entrusting my vehicle to Cornright Motors for repairs, I was appalled to discover that it had been left exposed to the elements for over 10 days. The windshield, already in a critical state, was left to worsen as it was subjected to the sun and other environmental elements. The situation was so dire that had I not taken immediate action to retrieve my car, it would likely have remained neglected throughout December and possibly into January.

This level of neglect is both inexcusable and unacceptable. I understand the challenges presented by a high volume of damaged cars, but such circumstances should not absolve the service provider of their responsibility to communicate effectively with customers. A simple notification regarding the lack of space or an alternative solution would have been preferable to leaving my vehicle exposed to further damage.

I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention, as the professional image portrayed on the company's website starkly contrasts with the reality of my experience. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction and the well-being of their vehicles.
