Messing customers around

Yet again I have received that most sloppy service from you.Promised that my car would be ready on wed or Thur.No communication and I had to phone your office at 5pm.Only to be told it will only be ready today, no apology for being messed around, just take I tor leave it. Then I get an sms to say it will be readyvat 3 today.I have had to leave my son at Nursery school because I have a deadline and I still can’t make it by your 3pm deadline. You then offer to have my car here by 3.15 but your driver only leaves MIDRAND at 3.10pm. My son is now still at school and I am going to be late for his Christmas concert because you can’t be bothered to be honest or communicate with customers. I will be putting this on hello peter on all over facebook because your service and attitude is revolting.
