TERRIBLE (NON-EXSISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a new applicant, I am appalled by the extreme unprofessionalism and lack of service from this institution. Since I have app****, no one has bothered to provide feedback nor respond to requests for feedback. Calling the institution directly is complete HELL. As a new prospect, I am even losing the motivation to study here as it seems it's just a mess. Especially for such a pricey institution.
