Frustrated Prospective Student

I actually did not want to give any stars for this Institute because wow their admissions department is so *********** and unprofessional. I've been enquiring about the modules they said I need to do since the day I got the acceptance letter but they have not bothered to respond to my emails and when I call the receptionist cannot put me through to them because they are soooo busy. It's very frustrating honestly, the only thing they are good at is sending a reminder for initial payment, I don't get how I'm supposed to pay before my query has been resolved.
