Disorganized Campus.

For being such a big educational institution, I must express that I am very disappointed with the institution and the way they handled my application. But they took my money.

I have app**** for their PGCE in September 2020 and I was accepted in October 2020. Thereafter my application was resubmitted and I was given another student number and having documentation outstanding.

I, then contacted members of the application team and they couldn't help me. I then found a person that helped me sort out my email address and student number but left my profile as incomplete when the profile was complete, and my registration fees were paid.

I have trying to contact him since this morning and I have had no joy. Later today I received an email stating that I need to complete my profile in order to be accepted.

I am getting very frustrated with this institution because they are unable to help and they are not helpful in anyway.

I would like an email address for the deen of the campus to email him on my unpleasant experience thus far. And how disorganized the university is.
