Worst nightmare service

My experience with this institution has been a nightmare,traumatic and a total disaster.I also blame ntse for not doing thorough research before registering with them because have i done it and went through their reviews I wouldn’t have considered them.This is one institution where customer service is not in their DNA.Communication,transparency zero.You only deal with one person who is the owner,director,customer service,HR,administrator,lecture,like all in 1.Tell me how are you then going to eventually complete your studies without delays when dealing with one person.Every part of the process you have to fight for the process to move.I am tired of fighting but then again should you stop fighting then they literally forget about you and start attending the next person who is fight.If you want to study and complete your studies,consider other institutions and not this 1 else you will education PERIODT.Like all the other students that have written a review here,yes it is true that when Stephane sees the reviews or report him to Moonstone that’s when he takes the initiative to call and ask what are you going to benefit doing all these.This is to alert the public to never consider studying here because they will be traumatized.Instead of him just doing what is supposed to be done,mark students assignments,send to Moonstone then the student gets certificate and done,je just want to see stundent frustrated.I know lots of people that are studying with other institutions and their studies are seamless.2 days after submitting an assignment it is marked and the results on the portal next thing they are graduating.But not with this institution .I do not want to talk to no director of any institution,if the institution has a portal then let the things be done on time and loaded on the portal and we get what we want and leave the institution much as we are not owing anything
