I NEED MY CERTIFICATE.

I enrolled with this institute 2012 and did my call center course there, I haven't had a chance to go collect my certificate because i'm working now and they now they need proof that I have done the course with Cornerstone.... Cornerstone doesn't want to issue my certificate out they keep on saying that there's a module that I failed and that is a lie.... They refused to give my sister my certificate today and they said to her, the certificate is there on their system and I have passed, but they<br> they don't know if they can give it to her because there are 2 new modules that are added, those modules were added when I was long done with this course. Stephane Vri needs to look at this matter and just release my certificate or else I will take this matter as far as writing to speak out.
