I was hesitant, but Sandy insisted she’d manage the process and keep Elvis accountable. When work dragged far past deadlines and the quality was appalling, Sandy kept asking me to “trust the process.” She knew I was abroad and re**** on her oversight. But instead of stepping in when things fell apart, she walked away and told me I must now “communicate with my contractor.” She endorsed a contractor who was completely *********** and dishonest, failed to monitor progress as promised, and then disclaimed all responsibility when things went wrong.
