Cornerstone performance solutions and incompetence go hand in hand

I have completed my course in January 2021 and of I made sure I paid the college before my courss completion but to this date the only thing I have is the statement of results but my certificate I have been sent from pillar to post. First I was told it normally takes 3months before the BANKSETA release the certificates for moderation and here I am 5months later calling them only to be told to call back a month later to check if the certificates are available or to wait for an email. I have been patient and waiting on the college 5months later. The college is really not doing their part in helping students out,so disappointing and such incompetence from cornerstone performance solutions. This is actually my last attempt to get the college to play its part in releasing what's due to me as a student before I get other parties involved.
