Horrible service from Thyun September at Cornerstone Institute

I just received the worst service from a private education institute called Cornerstone. I called a number several times this morning to speak with Thyun September, who is responsible for the PGCE in Intermediate Phase programme. He did not answer his phone for most of the morning, which makes me wonder why people like him are allowed to work from home. I have been working from home since COVID and understand that, even though I have the privilege, I should always be available for colleagues and all stakeholders I support. I wanted to enquire whether I could change my major module to something else, but instead of explaining politely, he made sarcastic remarks, questioning whether he had not been clear during our last conversation. His tone suggested that he just wanted me off the call so he could continue with his personal errands at home. I was not even given the chance to confirm whether the application fee I paid had been processed, which was another reason for my call. After this unacceptable service, I called to speak to his manager. The switchboard operators transferred me twice to a number that kept cutting off. When I called again and asked to speak to the manager, I was transferred back to Thyun—the very same person I wanted to complain about. That's another horrible service, as you must check the availability of the person you are transferring to. Cornerstone, I am really disappointed in you, especially in Mr. September.
