Pay us our money

Good day I'm writing this message I need your assistance there's this company I was working for Corner intermediaries we were retrenched 2020 March and they promised to give us our money it's over 12months now since we've been waiting and they only paid us once of which it was not enough now they telling us stories please help us we need our money they should pay the remaining balance in full because it's long over due we have responsibilities....
