Need urgent help!!

I can wright you a whole book about our experience. But I'll spare you that. Corne Nell's company have been busy with a 3rd party case on my mother in law's behalf. In short the accident happend in 2014. This year 2019 only the court date was set and done. Now months went by without any further communication from them. If we phone, they will always call back. (yeah right) she needs an advance on the money that will be payed out to her, but no luck. She has to survive on what we (her son and I) can aford. She is currently living with us for the past couple of years, but needs to be in a home where she can get the proper care needed. She has brain damage and not really fully functional. Last we heard they waited on 1 signature from the government. How long can it possibly take to get a single signature? We were told that it was marked as urgent. Other informed people we spoke to said that if this is the case and it was marked as urgent they should have made a payment +- a week after the court date. If anybody can give me some advice, I'll greatly appreciate it!
