Dr Pieter Lategan took time to explain procedures and followed up on my mom's progress after discharge. He even shared his mobile number so that I could send photos of her wound. I have never met a more empathic and professional doctor. He is a shining light in an otherwise murky world of medical professionals who have forgotten to care about the patients they make money from.
