Bad service at JD Verwey Cormed Clinic

Overcharged my account by billing on medical aid and billed my personal account. Been sending emails since december and no response. Finally got through on the tellephone that keeps ringing and the lady gave me such bad attitude and said they would refund me. Its been 2 months they still did not pay me back. Any attempt to email them they just ignore me flat out.
