******** Deduction from Rental Deposit

We would like an explanation as to how we moved out of the rental property on 29 June 2024, and had the outgoing inspection on 30 June 2024 which was signed off on that date that everything was reported to be "neat and tidy and everything was as received when the tenants moved in", however we have been informed that they will deduct a cleaning fee, from the deposit, if this was necessary this should have been noted in the outgoing inspection. We will not accept this and want our deposit minus the electricity charge back.
