Poor Quality Product - Corioliss Hair Products

I am SO VERY disappointed with a straightener I bought from Corioliss, I paid R2200.00 for it. I had it not even for one month, the rose gold plastic broke. I did sent it in to be fixed as it has a 2 YEAR WARRANTY on (or so they say). They came back to me 2 MONTHS after saying, they can not repair it as it is not a factory fault. I am very angry with this company, where do you pay R2200.00 for a straightener and it breaks in a months time??
