Company could not be bothered to send an invoice for work done. Terrible customer service

We made use of Corima & Co (Tuff Timber at the time) to build 2 play gyms for our business. The quality of the play gyms was average. The service is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get an invoice for the work done out of Johan (the owner AFAIK) for 3 months. I have contacted Johan and asked for the invoice 7 times. he has now started ignoring me. We paid ~R30k for his work. We did not pay late, but this company refuses to take the 5 minutes needed to send an invoice for work done. While building the playgyms he also did not show up some of the days, citing different reasons. Obviously the work was finished later than promised. This is not a company that I would recommend any one to make use of
