Graphics card warranty void

I returned my graphics card to Wootware who told me my graphics card still had till August before the warranty expired. The card is the MSI Twin Frozr 7850HD 2GB and it cost R2500 upon purchase. After many weeks of trying to sort this problem out I eventually received notice from the RMA department in Johannesburg that my graphics cards warranty was void due to tampering, I have never touched the graphics card since I received it other than installing it into my PC and taking it out again when the fan malfunctioned. I explained this over and over again, clearly it had a problem before I got it which is why the fan broke and the card over-heated.<br> <br> Morne Snyman was the person who was mediating the information to me through higher departments.
