********* Company does not want to refund or fix vacuum machine under 12 month warranty as they claim the machine is not clean enough. CRO Number: ***2I , Customer Ref: RRN-PRMBN-XYE7. I have personally cleaned this machine a couple of times. There is no way of removing all of the dust inside particles. They are in partnership with takealot.com and play games in order not to refund the machine and honor their warranty
