Flimsy frames and poor after sales

Worst possible mistake anyone could make to get specs from these people. Poor after sales service and the frame I got broke within not even a month. I have only been assisted after months and today they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Frame is very flimsy. I’m definitely taking this further

They just take your money and want nothing to do with you after that.
