CorelDRAW Poor Service and Products

If i could I would rate it 0/5 stars. I bought a new CorelDRAW Home and Student 2019 suite package for my small private business, and after struggling to get the correct info, I went through 3 agents saying they will book a ticket for me so a technician can deal with this problem. I've been waiting for 1 week and still no response what so ever. Poor service, and after paying that much money, I will not support CorelDRAW in the future.
