CorelDraw is a no go

I bought a new package from CorelDraw. The software could not activate on the website. I contacted them asking my money back. They gave me a huge list of things to do. I had to alter and edit system files. It still did not work. Then I had to give them my number so that they can log in remotely to try and fix the problem and they just did not get back to me. So I basically lost my money and I'm sitting with a useless product. Rather find another program to work with, corledraw's aftersales service is pathetic to say the least.
