Bad service

Good afternoon.

I would like to report a complaint against one of the consultant who called me yesterday 03/08/ 21 from Coreconnect collections regarding my Akermans account. Her name is Miss Pillay.

She called me at 15h32 from number *** to my cellphone number ***. She was rude and even threatening me. Her supervisor Beverly must please listen to that recording and give me a feed back. MissPillay must be trained or taught how to communicate with customers.

I am not happy with her service.
