Core Merino - Unacceptable customer service

I ordered a garment online recently. After wearing it once, I washed it in Woolite. The water turned a dark blue! I have washed it again since then and the same thing happens. I then wore it under a raincoat and it has stained the inside of the raincoat ( which is new) a dark blue in places. I wrote to Customer Care and have not received a response at all despite following up. Their customer service is shocking and I will not be recommending purchase of their garments
