Terrible service

To give 1 star is only cause I had to click it. The only reason that I got a quote in the first place is because I called to remind them to send it to me. Further more with specific instructions on sizing they them print a sample luckily, completely the wrong size. They then promise to have correct samples printed on the Monday morning. Monday comes and goes, I then had to go to their offices to complain to the owner, who then implies that it is my fault because I didn't email the font through. Which is amazing to me because how on earth did they do sample prints the first time round without the font.....mmmmmmm. The owners attitude towards her clients is absolutely atrocious and I cant imagine ever doing business with them again. Wont be long until those doors close because of terrible service
