Hawkish Attitude towards Customers

Never lodge a complaint with this company... instead of resolving a problem created by one of their staff, they threatened and heaped all the blame on us without making any effort whatsoever to resolve the issue. This happens after we have been their client for more than 4 years, clearly our business did not matter to them.
