Buu**** to the core and horrible service

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I request a screen printing service quote from the supplier, dealing with a lady called Belinda. I then paid for the service upfront. After job being completed, i collected the good printed and was not happy about the quality of the work. I then brought this to her attention and she asled me to bring back the jackets to be fixed. After the fix, she asked me to come see the fix and if we are not happy with the fix, we must supply them with new jackets which will be printed for free and refund us for the money spent to buy them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Belinda called me asking me to buy new jackets, which i did. I then asked her to arrange collection at our remises and delivery after printing and she agreed. She asked me to email invoice before she can arrange collection, which i did. She then calls me and say she cannot collect the jacket anymore because we bought them from builders and there is a buolder around the corner from their premises. She also informed me that her boss bought the jacket already and they gonna print and deliver to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was asked to purchase 4 jackets for a reprint and refund and stuck with them., and do not need them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for a refund and she kept on ignoring my request and "telling'me that she is going ahead with the printing and if we do not collect them in 10 days, she is going to sell them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thats is the kind of service we received from this bullies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much for your business - Core Digital Printers http://www.coredigital.co.za/index.shtml</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
