Debt review removal agreement refund

I have cancelled an agreement with Corex in November 2020 after I have made a deposit payment of R3000, till date I have not received my refund, I have just been sent pillar to post about my money which I don't understand why is it taking them so long to pay my money back. I am the one who always have to make calls for updates on my payment, it is always one common excuse that someone is not in the office all the time.
