This company is a ***** my account was handed over to them in 2021 started making payments towards them since, last week sent an email requesting a settlement amount a 2k was added when asking questions were this amount comes from was advised commission but on the statement sent shows zero for commission and they are stating my account was only handed over this year February which is NOT true.
