Extremely Poor Customer Service

I made a purchase online to have half an order delivered and I had to constantly make follow up on the things I had paid for but not delivered. I have been inconvenienced and no one seems to care. It's today week three since waiting for my other paid order to be delivered. No one calls or sends email to provide update. If I do not call, no one bothers. It was my first time using the company and it's now my last. Extremely dissatisfied
