Corban Foundation and Seb Cloete "Theft of Services"

A director of the Corban Foundation, Mr Jan Sebastiaan "Seb" Cloete, stayed at our guest house in Pretoria for a month, and kept on promising to pay his account. He kept on promising to pay and ended up leaving without paying. Over 2 months later and his promises continue. He apparently had dealing with the France embassy and is waiting for US$2 million. I had to go to the Police today and lay a charge of " Theft of Services". Seb Cloete and the Corban Foundation are not to be trusted at all.
