Soiled bedding

We booked into the Coral Apartments W202 only to find soiled bedding and linen full of mold. We asked for a refund because we literally slept on the floor. Such inhumane treatment from the booking company and the owner. Totally unacceptable and to think they cannot refund us our money. Now we stuck for the next 8 days at this filthy place. Unbelievable.
