CORAL EVENTS - TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT

I DO NOT RECOMMEND *CORAL EVENTS* TO ANY BRIDE!

In the week of my wedding I contacted Coral Events to follow up on our arrangement. She assured me that she will see me at the venue on Friday before my wedding. I arrived at the venue at 12:00 on that Friday and she was nowhere to be found. Only my table flowers were prepared and on the tables.

I contacted her in order to find out about the image she created and what we discussed, informing her that it was not all there and that I am not happy with the flowers. She sounded suprised. She then sent her boyfriend at around 18:00 to deliver the rest of the flowers that we still needed. We still did not see her at all as she promised. In fact, I never saw her again. I came to the conclusion that she might also have another wedding at another venue and she provided her full attention to that wedding.

My venue host took the responsibility to place the flowers everywhere it needed to be.

The flowers on my tables were already wilted on the day of my wedding. The ceremony flowers that her boyfriend brought were so wilted that it needed to be rearranged by my venue host. My brides****s bouquets were also wilted and my brides****s took flowers out of the bouquets in order to make sure no one sees it.

I sent a very long email to Coral Events explaining my bad experience with them. I only received a rehearshed email back stating that I am the first bride complaining, however after my wedding I heard about a lot of brides who were not happy with their services.

I am very disgusted about the fact that Coral Events did not deliver what was promised even though I was really excited to have them doing my flowers.

In light of the above I will not recommend them to any bride who wants a stress free wedding.
