My house was broken into and the guards didn't do a thing.

I'm a home owner at this property. I've recently had an incident where I requested for my ex husband's biometrics to be removed and locks changed. Management was cooperative and tried to assist but the trustees denied this.

I flew down to EL to handle the matter face to face but my ex was back there the next day.

The guards let him in without biometrics cause they were eventually removed and he broke into the house and still staying there.

I want to know how are your guarding the place if such an encounter can happen?
